Emergency HVAC Rentals

A study by Texas A&M University and the Office of the Texas State Climatologist found that the state of Texas is likely to experience more extreme weather in the coming decade. The report is based on “historic observations of temperature, precipitation, and extreme weather in Texas” to identify what the most likely climate will be like in the near future.

Some of the key findings in the report indicate that Texas is likely to have:

  • Double the number of days with temperatures above 100 degrees, compared to 2000-2018.
  • Average temperatures 3 degrees warmer than the recorded averages between 1950 and 1999.
  • More extreme weather swings, with colder-than-normal temperatures occurring in the winter months with increasing frequency.

You may not always be able to predict when an emergency climate situation will happen, but it’s important to understand how you can be prepared to continue operating or remain comfortable in your home when it does.
